Charon

The Charon was the first ship to transport the group to and from a mission. It is an abnormally small ship, less than one kilometre long with many more bizarre features inside. It is crewed almost entirely by Servitors, with only a small selection of human slaves supplementing them. Furthermore, their appears to be only three non-slave humans in charge of it’s operations. These are Kryn the hostess; Goldan Amerith the slave master; and Crassius M the Servitor Master.
Another unusual feature is the ship’s warp drive, which is capable of incredibly accurate and fast warp travel. However, it seems that in order to perform these special jumps all living crew must be interred into cryo-stasis for its duration. Only Crassius M stays without, in a special chamber at the centre of the cryo-vaults to ensure the proper running of the ship.
During the groups travel Zuriel elected to join Crassius M in the chamber and witnessed a singular vision of the Charons travel. Through the viewing glass he witnessed the complete destruction of the Charon and all its passengers, and then later, saw the ship reform all around him when it reached its destination. Crassius tried to assure Zuriel that the images were just a hallucinatory effect of remaining outside of the cryo-stasis.
On the travel back from their mission the Charon didn’t utilize it’s special propulsion and the crew were instead treated to stay within the ships quest quarters, called the Marble Cages. Upon entering the ship they noticed that it had taken aboard several groups of people, who were currently allowed to reside in the central docking bay. These groups, it would later be revealed, were allowed to stow away so that the Charon could resupply its dwindling amount of slaves.
